There are three convenient ways to book an appointment at HillMed Health Centre: by phone, online, or through the Well App.

You can call us on 03 338 8655 and speak with reception.


Make sure to specify if you wish to book with a GP or one of our nurse led clinics. If you're not sure the best practitioner to suit your needs, ask our friendly reception team.

Well App is our custom made patient app. When you sign up, you can book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, get test results and more. Available on Apple and Android, you can find Well App in the app store.

Features of Well App


Medical Information

Well allows you to view a summary of your medical information including, recorded allergies, vaccination history, current medications/prescriptions, and any ongoing health conditions you are managing. Your health summary is clearly presented and easy to understand. 


Appointments

Book appointments with your registered GP quickly and easily.


Repeat Prescriptions

Manage your prescriptions and request repeats directly within the Well App. 

Simply select your medication, select your pharmacy, and submit your request to your general practice.  Allow 2-3 working days.  A fee will apply.
